Yoga – Dedicate Some Time To Yourself

This yoga class is for every body – from complete beginners to students with more yoga experience. We will be working with postures and breath awareness to focus on strength, flexibility and relaxation. Awakening the body and calming the mind.

We do have some mats for students to borrow, but if anyone has their own it would be great if they could bring it along.
